A visionary leader in Egypt’s real estate market, Hisham Abu El Ghar began his journey in real estate marketing in 2014, overcoming initial challenges by building a skilled team trained in sales, negotiation, and client relations. By 2018, Hisham had made a name for himself, earning recognition from leading developers and establishing Step One as a prominent player in the industry.
Under his leadership, Step One has achieved impressive milestones, including sales totaling nearly 5 billion Egyptian pounds and extensive training for over 1,000 real estate consultants. His influence has catalyzed the launch of 30 brokerage firms throughout Egypt, demonstrating his commitment to industry excellence and professional development.
Hisham’s focus on innovation extends to embracing digital marketing, where he collaborates with top companies to optimize real estate promotion. Looking to the future, he plans to expand Step One through new branches and strategic partnerships, further advancing Egypt’s real estate landscape.
